Now i understand why Amp does so many link farms. Here are some great posts that i’d like to comment more on but just don’t have the time. So go check em out:
Fabulosa Mujer talks about the importance of being good allies to radical moms with a bit of Information Sharing. This was really eye-opening to me as a child-loving non-parent.
Jay Sennet has started a really great conversation on Decentralizing Whiteness in ‘Trans’ Communities.
Big Queer Blog takes a new critical look at Brokeback Mountain and the inherent limitations of Hollywood as a force of liberation by asking “Are Fags the New Tards?”
EL, on 60 Minutes and the Science of Sexuality, gives it the ol’ fiske-over when 60 Minutes decideds that its nature not nuture. EL also gets the cheerleading spirit (D-Y-K-E) and asks where the hell the TV lesbians with a little edge went.
Lucky White Girl gives us an Impromtu Carnival on Privilege inthe Blogosphere.
And before there was Lucky White Girl’s carnival, there was One Tenacious Baby Mama on (patriarchal)(male) feminists.
I can’t forget brownfemipower’s post on Guilty Bloggers (over 50 comments at the time of this writing!)
I’m sure there is so much more that i’m forgetting. There is just so much great stuff out there right now.

Thanks for the mention. I’m actually amazed at the amount of conversation On (Patriarchal) (male) “feminists” has elicited throughout blogland. It’s been mentioned by folks who are writing from all different points of view. Happy, but also surprised that posts dealing with domination and oppression, really basic stuff like guilt and reluctance to deal with power, gets more attention is so popular, seen as more riveting than than a blogger being able to do radical self exploration and creative organization/manifestation of one’s ideals in realtime not just theorized about while hidden/masked/obscured while blogging.
