For those who don’t torture yourselves with corporate media, let me explain. No, Darryl Hannah did not evict the farmers. She was sitting in a tree and got arrested with them. But according to the news “A famous actress was arrested in a tree today, stay tuned for more.” They didn’t mention any of the other folks getting arrested or really why they were being arrested. In two print media stories i read, Darryl Hannah’s arrest took up the first two paragraphs. I’m not made with Darryl Hanah, i think its great she was involved. I just got annoyed with the corporate media focusing all their attention on one persyn (one White persyn). Darryl Hannah was a very, very small part of this struggle, yet you’d think she was leading the damn thing.
